Bank Holiday hoopla

It's been all royal weddings and street parties these last few days, our customers, still in summer spirits, are coming thick and fast and I've been over the moon to oblige their every quirky desire. It is our lovely loyal customers and the wonderful new faces we've been seeing recently, that make the boutique and studio possible after all, so thank you!

Speaking of the Royal Wedding (that dress by the way- scrumptious!), we've had a number of our own special couples in this week requesting a unique wedding band crafted at the boutique. This commission, seen below, is 18ct yellow gold worked in simple and elegant style. The second image shows silver versions in three different widths for the customer to choose from.

Another sentimental commission, this hammered silver heart with pretty pink mother of pearl stone was made for a little girl's christening. Our customer wanted something that her daughter could 'grow into' but is still 'very girly!'.

This next piece was a first- below you can see my first ever ear cuff. The piece was commissioned with the customer requesting something typical of my style, so I set to work and created a cuff with oxidised silver with granulation and a ten point diamond...

Bringing two disciplines together in this commission- my customer, a male musician ordered these cool music notes. He says he'll only where one at a time but he's prone to losing things! He loved them so much that he's ordered another pair in gold.

Surprise! A lady ordered a gift for her Ma to match a silver heart pendant that I'd made for the lady some time ago. A lovely little surprise, I was instructed to text the Mum to say that a pressie was waiting for her. The daughter's initials are incorporated into the back of the heart.

That's all for now folks! Don't forgt to let us know what you might like to see in the Honeybourne boutique in the summer and check back for more creations soon...Ta ra! Sophie x
